I’ve been using livebarn for my kid’s games, i don’t get why people act like it’s not helpful. Most of the rinks we end up at are on there, and when I can’t make a game, I’d rather just pull it up myself than keep bothering other parents for updates. Finding the rink was quick too. For busy weekends, it’s been super convenient.

I used LiveBarn to pull a few clips from my son’s hockey game, and yeah, it worked decent. I found the game without much messing around, then trimmed the parts I wanted quick. Basically you just find the game, drag to the play, chop the clip down, and save it. Nothing fancy, but it got the job done. The camera quality kind of depends on whatever setup the rink has, so it’s not always perfect, but I liked not having to record my screen or bug other parents for videos. Good for saving the good plays and sending stuff to family

I was able to find my kid’s game quickly using the event search, which was a relief. The video loaded fine too, and I liked that the email/receipt made it easy to double-check everything afterward.

My bigger annoyance is that the communication isn’t always very clear when there are issues or changes, so you’re kind of left guessing sometimes.

i signed up by mistake and figured getting a refund would be a whole thing, but it really wasn’t. i emailed livebarn and they got back to me quickly, canceled everything without any hassle, and the refund showed up a few days later. it was way smoother than i expected. really good support experience.
